Changing your account email
Not yet self-serve - contact support and we'll switch it within a business day.
Email changes currently require a support ticket so we can verify both the old and new address. Open a ticket from Dashboard → Support - include the new email. Turnaround is usually under a business day.
This is intentional: email is the master key to a Hostd account, and silent changes are a classic account-takeover vector. We want a human in the loop.
