The promise

If you're not happy with your first Hostd plan, email support@hostdservers.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. No-questions-asked. You don't need to justify it.

What counts as "first charge"

The first payment on your account - even if you've since switched plans or added more servers. The guarantee is one per customer.

What doesn't

• Renewals (month 2 onwards). Cancel any time to stop the next renewal instead.
• Usage-based add-ons (e.g. manual backup storage overages, if applicable to your plan).
• Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use policy.

How long it takes

We process refunds the same business day. Stripe then takes 5 to 10 days to return the money to your card.
