Palworld · 1.0 ready

Palworld 1.0 servers that scale with your pals.

The full release doubled the map and pushed the recommended RAM to 16 GB. Up to 32 players, in-game voice chat, guilds with roles, and hard-reserved memory so a bigger world does not mean a slower one.

On 1.0 in one restart

Our image pulls the latest Palworld build from Steam on every boot, so getting to 1.0 (and every patch after) is a single restart from your dashboard. No SteamCMD, no tickets, no version-mismatch scramble.

Built for the bigger world

Pocketpair now recommend 16 GB for a dedicated server, and 1.0 roughly doubled the map. Our plans go up to 16 GB of hard-reserved RAM on Ryzen 9700X cores, so busier bases and long nights hold their tick rate.

Tunable PalWorldSettings.ini

Edit XP, capture, raids, the new 1.0 voice-chat and Pal-transfer settings, and PvP, straight from the dashboard Files tab or over SFTP. Sensible defaults ship in the box.

How much RAM do you need?

Standard 8 GB

A handful of friends on 1.0. The floor the engine needs to boot cleanly; fine for casual co-op with modest bases.

Pro 12 GB

An active community with real automation, the comfortable middle after 1.0. Free hostd.it short domain kicks in here.

Elite 16 GB

Large or heavily automated worlds, matching Pocketpair's recommended 16 GB, with priority CPU scheduling. Up to the full 32 players.

Frequently asked

Is your Palworld hosting ready for 1.0?

Yes. Our image pulls the current server build from Steam on every boot, so a server updates to 1.0 with a single restart from the dashboard. Your existing world carries over; there is no forced wipe.

How much RAM does a Palworld 1.0 server need?

Pocketpair officially recommend 16 GB, and note 8 GB will boot but risks running out of memory. A small friend group is fine on 8 GB, an active community sits well on 12 to 16 GB, and large automated worlds want 16 GB. Every gigabyte here is hard-reserved at the kernel, so nothing else on the node eats into it mid-raid.

Can 32 people play on my Palworld server?

Yes. 32 is Palworld's own server cap, and our 12 GB and 16 GB plans comfortably handle a full lobby.

Does my world survive the 1.0 update?

Yes. Your world loads on 1.0 with bases, Pals and levels intact. Some data is auto-adjusted (missions reset, experience rebalanced to the new table) but your progress stays. We take off-site backups regardless, so you always have a restore point.

Can I edit PalWorldSettings.ini, including the new 1.0 settings?

Yes. Open the Files tab, go to Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini, edit, save and restart. That includes the 1.0 additions: voice chat, global Palbox transfers between servers, and PvP. SFTP works for bulk edits.

Can I bring my Palworld save from another host?

Yes. Stop your existing server, zip or tar.gz the SavedGames folder plus PalWorldSettings.ini (and WorldOption.sav, which overrides the ini), and upload via the Transfer step at checkout or the Transfer tab in your dashboard. Imports scale with your plan (up to 80% of its disk), uploaded directly or fetched from a Dropbox or Google Drive link. We snapshot the volume first and auto-rollback if anything fails. See /transfer for details.
