Rust

Rust servers with clean wipes and no drama.

Oxide/uMod one-click, plugin installer, scheduled wipes, dedicated RAM, DDoS protection, and a panel that won't fight you when it's 3 AM and a raid needs managing.

The first 48 hours are free, if you would rather see it running first.

Oxide/uMod ready

Ship with the option to install Oxide at provision time. Plugin browser lets you install the usual suspects (Kits, ZoneManager, Economics) in one click.

Scheduled wipes

First-Thursday-of-the-month wipes are a built-in scheduled task. Set it once and the dashboard wipes, preserves your configs, and restarts on schedule.

Real CPU

Rust eats cores. CPU bursts onto the Ryzen 9700X's 5.5 GHz Zen 5 cores, so your server holds tick rate when another customer runs a raid across the hall.

How much RAM do you need?

Standard 10 GB

Small community, up to 50 players, vanilla or light plugins.

Pro 16 GB

Medium community, up to 100 players, Oxide + plugin stack. Free hostd.it short domain kicks in here.

Elite 20 GB

Large community, up to 200 players, heavy plugin load, procedural 4500+ map size.

Frequently asked

Is there a free trial for Rust server hosting?

Yes. Any Rust plan can be started on a 48-hour free trial, which is long enough to generate a map and test a plugin stack properly. We check your card through Stripe and take nothing at the start, your server is built straight away, and cancelling from the dashboard before the 48 hours are up costs you nothing. Leave it running and the first month begins when the trial ends. One trial per person, a verified email address is needed, and a trial starts from a fresh server rather than an imported save.

Can I run Oxide plugins?

Yes. Install Oxide at provision time (tick-box at checkout) or via the dashboard. Plugin browser covers the most-used Oxide plugins.

How do monthly wipes work?

Use a scheduled task with "Reset world" set to the first Thursday of the month. We archive your old map to backups and start fresh with a new seed.

What map size should I pick?

3000 for small communities, 3500 default, 4000+ for large populations. Bigger maps = more RAM needed.

Can I BattlEye / VAC-ban offenders?

Yes. The dashboard's Players tab supports /ban and /kick; offenders are persisted in server.users.cfg.

Do you have DDoS protection?

Always on, multi-layer, game-aware. Rust is a frequent DDoS target and we're ready for it.

Can I bring my Rust server save from another host?

Yes. Stop your existing server, zip or tar.gz the server identity folder (with the .map and .sav), oxide/plugins, oxide/config, and any custom server.cfg, and upload via the Transfer step at checkout (new server) or the Transfer tab in your dashboard (existing server). Imports scale with your plan (up to 80% of its disk), uploaded directly or fetched from a Dropbox or Google Drive link. We snapshot the volume first and auto-rollback if anything fails. See /transfer for details.

Why not try it first?

Roll a seed. Walk the map. Then decide.

Nobody has ever chosen a Rust host from a table of numbers. Generate a map, load the plugin stack you actually intend to run, and put a few people on it. Forty-eight hours is enough to know, and if it is not the server your community needs, leave it and pay nothing.

We check your card through Stripe and take nothing today. Your server is built straight away and runs for 48 hours. Cancel before then and there is nothing to pay. Plans start at $27.99/mo if you stay.
