Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
What causes it
The JVM exited before Minecraft even began, which points at the start command: a bad flag, a wrong path, or malformed arguments.
How to fix it
Read the one or two lines above this error; they name the flag or argument Java rejected. Fix the start command rather than the server files.
