This log contains no output from the Minecraft server itself
What it looks like in your log

What causes it
Every line here comes from the start-up scripts or the process runner around the server. There is nothing from the server: no version banner, no "Done", no [Server thread] entries. Whatever went wrong was written somewhere this log does not cover.
How to fix it
The server keeps its own log at logs/latest.log in the server directory, with older runs beside it as dated .log.gz files. Paste that one instead. If latest.log is empty too, the logging configuration has no appender the server can write through, which is a configuration fault rather than a crash.
